As the leader of the training and development team, Bob is responsible for ensuring that all employees at BerylHealth receive the necessary learning opportunities to maximize their performance. Prior to coming to BerylHealth, he was Vice President of Leadership and Management at Countrywide Financial for four years. In his 25 years of management experience, he has led training and performance improvement functions in multiple industries and four call center operations. Bob brings to BerylHealth his expertise in organizational effectiveness, sales & sales management, executive development, client management, performance/competency models, distance learning and evaluation. Bob has also received recognition from The International Society of Performance Improvement as a leader in the field of improving organizational performance. Bob also does TV commercials and has been on several TV shows.
Ellen Faw: Vice President, Strategic Customer Relations

Ellen Faw brings to BerylHealth an extensive background in call center management and healthcare administration including planning, marketing and operations. Prior to joining BerylHealth, Ellen was the director of the marketing call center for Yale New Haven Health, a prestigious and renowned health system in Connecticut. She has also served as director of on-call and Physician Services at Egleston Children’s Hospital at Emory University in Atlanta.
Mark Williard: Senior VP of Product Strategy and Innovation

As senior vice president of product strategy and innovation, Mark leads BerylHealth’s overall strategy for services related to future healthcare delivery models. Before joining BerylHealth, Williard served as vice president of informatics and vice president of product management for Broadlane Inc., a healthcare services supply chain company. Throughout his 20-year career, he has held many leadership positions in companies that serve the healthcare industry, including seven years with HCIA-SACHS (now part of Thomson Healthcare). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Andrew Pryor: Vice President, Human Resources
From the time you enter the door at BerylHealth, you feel the difference, sense the optimism, notice the learning opportunities and feel the overwhelming desire to delight each customer.
As the Vice President of the Department of Great People and Fun, Andrew oversees all aspects of the BerylHealth co-worker experience. His responsibilities include the recruitment, development and retention of BerylHealth’s talent by leading the Human Resources, Training and Facilities Teams. With more than 23 years’ experience in progressive human resources management, he is skilled in Change Management, Organizational Design and Employee-Focused Initiatives. Immediately before joining BerylHealth, Andrew served as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Business Partner for Bell Helicopter’s Aerospace Engineering Division in Fort Worth. Previously he worked for ten years at Nokia Mobile Phones, in such roles as Employee Change Manager, Culture Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager.
During George Bush Sr.’s presidency, Andrew received the honor of being selected as a White House Intern. While working at The White House, Andrew served in the Office of National Service and facilitated screenings for the President’s Thousand Points of Light initiative.
Andrew holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Human Resource Managers for six years and is a former past-president of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association. Away from the office, Andrew enjoys landscaping, camping and hiking with his wife and two children.
Paul Spiegelman: Founder & Chief Culture Officer

Paul Spiegelman is Chief Culture Officer of Stericycle, a NASDAQ listed global services organization with 13,000 employees and is the Founder of BerylHealth and The Beryl Institute. Paul also co-founded the Inc. Small Giants Community, an organization that brings together leaders who are focused on values-based business principles.
As the former CEO of BerylHealth, Paul led a unique, people-centric culture for a company that won nine “best place to work” awards, including the #2 Best Medium Sized Company to Work for in America. Paul was honored with the Ernst & Young 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Paul is a sought-after speaker and author on leadership, employee engagement, entrepreneurship, corporate culture, and customer relationships. He makes frequent radio and TV appearances and writes columns on culture for Inc. Magazine and the Dallas Business Journal. He’s written several books on employee engagement and is the New York Times best-selling author of Patients Come Second: Leading Change by Changing the Way you Lead.

Jhan Knebel: Business Intelligence Analyst

Jhan is responsible for developing training programs to meet the needs of BerylHealth clients and co-workers. Over the last decade, Jhan has honed her skills in training management. Immediately before joining BerylHealth, she served as an instructional technologist at Allied Electronics where she was part of a team that designed and developed a Learning Management System. The team was recognized with an Outstanding Project Award from the Fort Worth Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) in 2004.
Lara Morrow: Queen of Fun & Laughter
Being a part of the BerylHealth family has been an amazing part of my life! The people at BerylHealth care about each other, the clients and the customers. We live our values, and it shows in everything we do!
Lara has embraced BerylHealth’s unique culture while overseeing the human resources function. Her responsibilities include internal communication, recognition, recruitment, leadership training and taking care of the BerylHealth “family,” but she is most passionate about helping to create the kind of corporate culture that has earned BerylHealth repeated recognition as a great place to work. In addition to her daily duties, she provides insight into building a positive corporate culture to others through presentations and consulting services on behalf of BerylHealth.

Sandy has been with BerylHealth for more than 10 years, where she was the Accounting Manager in the Finance Dept. She recently moved to the Patient Experience Team as their new Data Analyst.

Melissa Bloom: Strategic Account Executive
I love building and growing relationships with our hospital partners across the country. We work with great people, share best practices and help clients make a difference in a competitive marketplace.
Melissa supports the team that takes care of BerylHealth’s clients. Having developed and managed client relationships and partnerships for more than 18 years, Melissa has a strong foundation in sales, marketing, management and human resources. As the former area manager for an international staffing company, she had the opportunity to recruit, sell to, grow relationships and work with a variety of medical entities such as hospitals, physicians, clinics and medical supply companies throughout Texas. She received several awards for her work in the staffing industry. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and communications from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategies Marketing & Market Development. In her off-time, Melissa loves spending time with her husband, Mark, and her daughter. She also enjoys their dogs, traveling, music, shopping and dancing.
Lance Shipp: Chief Operating Officer

Lance Shipp is the Chief Operating Officer for BerylHealth and works closely with CEO Paul Spiegelman to develop strategy and corporate direction for the Company. He is responsible for operationalizing that strategy and oversees the day-to-day operation of BerylHealth. Lance specializes in managing emerging companies through fast growth and transition having worked with them for more than 25 years. He is a former Deloitte consultant and has worked for two INC 500 companies, three Fast Tech 50 companies and one Dallas 100 company during his career. Some of his previous employers include Santé Rehabilitation, National Telemanagement Corporation, CNET and Micronyx. Lance holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lance is currently a member of the board of directors for the Community Enrichment Center, where he formerly served as chairman.

In my spare time I enjoy working out, specifically cardio and weight lifting. Lindy Butterfield: Vice President of Operations

Melinda “Lindy” Butterfield oversees strategic call center direction, customer service quality, and the recruitment and training of managerial staff. Lindy brings nearly 20 years’ experience in call center operations and project and vendor management. Before joining BerylHealth, Butterfield spent more than six years with Citi, most recently serving as the customer care director for CitiMortgage. Previously she was a member of the management team at Providian and TeleServices Resources. Butterfield is active in her community by participating in organizations including United Way and the March of Dimes. She has received numerous awards, including the Presidential Volunteer Award, Chairman’s Leadership Award and YMCA Women of Business Award.
Nicole Nicoloff: Vice President, Market Strategy and Innovation
Having the opportunity to work for BerylHealth, a company that believes in putting the patient first, has fostered my passion to deliver the best possible experience for patients and their families.
Nicole is passionate about health care delivery and the patient experience and has dedicated her career to creating extraordinary patient experiences. Prior to joining BerylHealth, she was the Network Director of the Exceptional Patient and Family Experience for Community Health Network, the second largest health care network in Indiana. Prior to working with Community Health Network, Nicole was in the aviation and sports entertainment industry where she focused on marketing, hospitality and business development. A graduate of Indiana University, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She has been acknowledged and awarded for innovative concepts toward changing an organizational culture by The American Society for Human Resource Association and The Indiana Associates for Business Communication. Nicole serves as an active member for the Indiana Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy and is a thought leader of The Beryl Institute.
Steve Whitehurst: Chief Customer and Strategy Officer

BerylHealth's foundation is built on compassionate care and positive outcomes. I'm proud to be part of a company that designs and delivers solutions that always puts the patient first.
Steve Whitehurst is the Chief Customer and Strategy Officer for BerylHealth. Steve brings more than 22 years of experience in managing operations, client services, marketing and product delivery in the technology and services sector. He currently leads strategy and product delivery with a goal of creating synergies to enhance the BerylHealth brand and customer experience. Prior to joining BerylHealth, Steve was head of H5’s Global Practice and led all aspects of the company’s practice management and consulting services, focusing on new market expansion and strategic operations.
Steve was also Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Automation and Life Sciences business at McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 12 company and the nation’s leading healthcare information technology company, where he focused on the development and commercialization of a next-generation lab and genomic/predictive care system. Steve received his bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s.
Jennifer Panchesine: Data Specialist
My BerylHealth colleagues are like a family to me. I am thankful each and every day for the opportunity to be a part of such a caring and supportive organization.
Jennifer is a member of the Data Management team and has been with BerylHealth since 2005. She enjoys working closely with BerylHealth’s clients to add class, physician, and service information to the BerylHealth database. Prior to joining BerylHealth, Jennifer was a marketing host for Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She is a self-confessed nerd who enjoys sci-fi, music, animals, and board games. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Music degree from William Paterson University and has performed for organizations including the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, and Shriners.
Linda Cota-Robles: Vice President, National Sales
Introducing prospective clients to BerylHealth and working with existing customers to ensure they make the most of our relationship continues to be a rewarding experience for me.
Linda brings to BerylHealth a wealth of experience in healthcare. She previously worked as the director of social services at Albany Medical Center Hospital, director of patient/family counseling Services at Tucson Medical Center and regional manager for Lifeline Systems, Inc. She earned a bachelor of science from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNYA) and a master’s degree in social work from the School of Social Welfare, also at SUNYA. In addition, she has completed some graduate work in health care administration, and is a licensed clinical social worker in New York and California.
