His responsibilities include the recruitment, development and retention of BerylHealth’s talent by leading the Human Resources, Training and Facilities Teams. With more than 23 years’ experience in progressive human resources management, he is skilled in Change Management, Organizational Design and Employee-Focused Initiatives. Immediately before joining BerylHealth, Andrew served as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Business Partner for Bell Helicopter’s Aerospace Engineering Division in Fort Worth. Previously he worked for ten years at Nokia Mobile Phones, in such roles as Employee Change Manager, Culture Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager.
During George Bush Sr.’s presidency, Andrew received the honor of being selected as a White House Intern. While working at The White House, Andrew served in the Office of National Service and facilitated screenings for the President’s Thousand Points of Light initiative.
Andrew holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Human Resource Managers for six years and is a former past-president of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association.
