Taylor Regh: Senior Patient Experience Advocate
I love working at BerylHealth because everyday I walk into work, I know I'm getting closer to accomplishing my dreams and goals, and there's nothing greater than knowing you're surrounded by great people that support you.
I was born near New Orleans and spent my early childhood growing up in Louisiana, then moved to Houston when I was thirteen. After graduating from high school, I moved to Denton to study fashion design and merchandising, but two years in, I decided that wasn’t the path I needed to take. Through a series of events, I ended up in the Mid-Cities area working at BerylHealth!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time belly dancing professionally, working out with my husband, watching awful movies, and sewing. My favorite quote is, “Find your passion, then create your life based on this passion.” This inspires me daily in my dance, work, and personal aspirations.
Taylor Regh moved to Team Baylor in April 2013 and she achieved our Top Performance champion for the team in her 1st month! Way to go, Taylor!

Silvia Vasquez, RN: Post-Discharge Services Patient Experience Advocate
I knew from the type of welcoming that was given on my first day at work that I had made the right decision to work for BerylHealth.
I could not believe that such a company existed; the atmosphere was friendly, people smiling, yet busy. As my days of training started, I quickly learned that behind the positive and successful environment was a practice of core values. These core values reflect the level of professionalism throughout the company and extend on a daily basis to always do your best. I love the closeness the teams have in and out of the workplace; it’s a feeling of family and fun which is motivating and energizing. BerylHealth also has great career opportunities, such as work schedules and career advancement.
I have been a registered nurse for 15 years and have worked in the hospital and private setting. The best part of my nursing career is knowing that I can make a difference in someone’s life by providing the best level of knowledge and care. This extends into my career here at BerylHealth; it allows me to bring a level of comfort and assistance to patients on a one to one basis. Outside of work, I have been married for 17 years and have two boys (ages 13 & 10). They keep me busy with outdoor activities and sports, which I love. I enjoy reading, swimming, softball/baseball, and traveling. I enjoy an adventure. . .
